How far in advance should I book my bridal or special event services?

We have brides booking a year in advance. Our sophisticated bridal team would be honored to be a part of your wedding day whether you are engaged for 2 months, 1 year, or 5 years. You may inquire about an available date and if it is not already secured, we are happy to discuss plans for your special day.

What's included in your bridal services package?

Elevate Aesthetics' beauty team offers both makeup application and hairstyling services for your special day. Simply click "Inquire" to fill out our bridal questionnaire, where you'll find details on what’s included in your investment, bridal packages, pricing, and travel expenses. Please Note: All inquiries are subject to a 7-day expiration due to the high demand during the 2024 wedding season. Bridal bookings are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Do you offer a trial run for hair and makeup?

Yes, I do. I believe it's important for you to feel involved in decisions regarding your hair and makeup preferences. However, your wedding day may not be the ideal time to make changes or finalize color choices. While a trial run isn’t “required,” I highly recommend booking one to ensure everything is perfect for your big day.

Do you travel to the wedding location for hair and makeup?

Yes, Elevate’s beauty team offers both hair and makeup services at the salon, but we are happy to travel to your preferred location for the wedding day if desired. This option provides convenience for both the bridal and groom parties, allowing you to prepare in the comfort of your home or venue. Travel costs will vary depending on the location.

My bridal party count is high! Can I hire you and another makeup artist or hairstylist that I have had in mind so you can each do part of my bridal party? Do you work alone?

Elevate Aesthetics proudly has a team of professional makeup artists and hairstylists! For larger bridal parties, they work alongside me, and I’ve personally trained each one of them. Every artist on the team is as meticulous and detail-oriented as I am, ensuring exceptional results. Currently, I will only accept wedding jobs where an Elevate Aesthetics contracted artist or hairstylist is involved. Please feel free to inquire with any questions!

What brands of makeup do you use?

At Elevate, we use a carefully curated kit of high-end, coveted brands, along with some trusted pro favorites to suit each client’s individual needs. Our collection includes top-tier names like Giorgio Armani, Charlotte Tilbury, Patrick Ta, MAC, Tom Ford, Chanel, and Kiehl’s—plus many more! Whether you’re familiar with these luxury products or discovering them for the first time, we ensure every item in our kit is chosen with care to provide the best results for your unique look.

Do you have a minimum booking requirement? 

Our minimum booking requirement is the bride plus four additional people, making a total headcount of five. You’re welcome to book fewer than five, but please note that the dollar minimum for our services still applies, based on a five-person headcount.

Do you offer airbrush makeup?

Currently, we do not offer airbrush makeup, but we do provide spray tans as an add-on service to any makeup package. We recommend scheduling a spray tan trial well in advance to perfect your desired shade, which can then be applied during your trial run.

We are also actively exploring the latest airbrush equipment and formulas for future brides who prefer this service.

Will you please help me coordinate my wedding day timeline? 

Yes, absolutely! Once the number of people receiving hair and makeup services is confirmed, along with the location, deposit, and signed bridal questionnaire, I will create a personalized timeline to ensure your getting ready process stays perfectly on track!

When may I book? I love your looks and styles! 

I have clients booking up to a year (and sometimes even earlier) in advance. Be sure to BOOK ASAP to secure your favorite wedding vendors for your big day! If you’re ready to move forward, don’t hesitate! It’s one important task you can check off your list to get that much closer to your special day!

Trial run-How far in advance would be smart for me to schedule my trial run?

Bridal trial run sessions are ideally scheduled 3-4 months prior to your wedding date.

This timeframe is perfect for several reasons! It’s during this “sweet spot” that many brides finalize their decisions on how they want to wear their hair, as well as their color and style choices. When trial sessions are conducted too far in advance, wedding details often change, leading brides to request second trial runs to adjust their looks. Elevate’s limited bridal scheduling usually does not allow for this extra time, and a second trial run incurs additional fees. Therefore, it’s best to plan for a second trial run only as a last resort.

Touchups – do you stay during the wedding to touch up my hair and make up throughout the day/evening?

Absolutely! Whether you’re a crier—no judgment here!—or dealing with oily skin (trust me, I’ve been there), opting for a bright and bold lip that requires reapplication throughout the celebration, or needing to reset your hair after the Idaho wind, we’ve got you covered. If you want a second style for the reception or some final touches before your send-off to ensure everything stays picture-perfect all night, this option is ideal for brides who prefer not to worry about touching up their makeup and hair during the festivities.

This is an additional service charged by the hour. That said, we apply your makeup using techniques designed to achieve a long-lasting look!
