What is your cancellation policy for appointments?

At Elevate Aesthetics we understand that plans may change. We kindly request that any cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any charges. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. In the event that there is a No-show, individuals will be charged the full price of the appointment. If clients need to cancel within 4 hours before their appointment, they will be charged full price. If clients are 15 minutes late for their scheduled appointment, they will be marked as no-shows, charged the full price, and may need to reschedule. In the event that a credit/debit card is declined for a no show or late cancellation, the client agrees to pay the fee prior to booking another appointment. Any late arrivals will result in a shortened service time. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Do I need to book a consultation before certain services (e.g., hair color, extensions, or facials)?

Yes, consultations must be booked for new services and/or if you are scheduling with a new service provider.

What types of products do you use for hair and skin treatments?

We use a variety of the modern and luxurious products. Some of our lines for hair include: Redken, Kenra, R+Co, Joico, Kevin Murphy and some other luxurious brands. Some of our skincare lines we carry are: Hydropeptide, FaceReality, Glymed, Hydrojelly, and Eminence.

How far in advance should I book my bridal or special event services?

We have brides booking a year in advance. Our sophisticated bridal team would be honored to be a part of your wedding day whether you are engaged for 2 months, 1 year, or 5 years. You may inquire about an available date and if it is not already secured, we are happy to discuss plans for your special day.

Do you offer gift cards or packages for multiple services?

Yes! We are happy to oblige both, as well as group parties.

What should I do to prepare for my appointment (e.g., for massages, facials, or hair treatments)?

Come ready for relaxing and pampering as we honor the time you are investing in your self care. We invite you to come prepared with your desired color or style you hope to achieve for your hair appointment.
